		<description>Great intro, but one question: &quot;you have to choose which state plan you want to set up&quot;  Does that refer to the state that I think my daughter will go to college in, or am I just picking a state that has the best &quot;terms&quot; for me and she can use those funds whereever?

		<description>The 529 plan is a great way to fund college expenses but you have to adopt a lifestyle that keeps you paying in to it.  I&#039;ve known a lot of people who have started strong but quit funding it over time.  .  On my site, I advocate finding money within your current budget to &quot;pay yourself&quot;  If you made coffee at home rather than buying it at the local coffee shop, &quot;pay yourself&quot; that $4 straight in to your savings account or 529.
