		<description>Just to introduce a contrary note, there are some people who view dividend suspensions as a buy signal. The idea is that management is finally tackling underlying problems.

I think there&#039;s some research to the effect that shows a positive correlation after dividends are scrapped, you&#039;d have to Google for it though as I can&#039;t remember the link sorry!</description>
