I am not any sort of expert on these things, but I have read the information that my broker and my 401(k) provider send me, and they seem to agree with the article's ideas, and not Mr. Bennett's. I am curious how a single point in time, say today, is supposed to account for the next 25+ years of my ability to take my money out. Sure, markets do go up and down, but if I have a million dollars in the poke, and 25 years to spend it,I just can't see myself getting too worked up about whether today's market happens to be a bit overheated, or if it is a bit undervalued. It will certainly come out in the wash,as the missus says.

Clicking Mr. Bennett's name brought up his own place on the web,but I'll be danged if I could make heads or tails of it all.I have gotten by for a lot of years with the habit of ignoring that which doesn't make sense to me,and am surely inclined to do so yet again.

Thank you for the initial article.
